Returns Process:
- If you wish to return your crackers, please send us an image and video proof of the issue via WhatsApp (+91 9159581819) or email (kalidasenggkd@gmail.com).
- To complete the return process, the item must be sent back to our Sivakasi address at your own cost.
Refund Timeline:
- Once your cancellation request is processed and the items are returned, the refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
Important Notes:
- We request that you do not accept any parcels that arrive in damaged condition. We are continuously working to improve our shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
- All our packages are water-resistant, scratch-proof, and sanitized before dispatch.
- Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate. If we are unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us, and no refund will be processed.
